I had a lovely stay at this hotel in the heart of Hanoi's Old Quarter. The room was clean, modern, and had a fantastic balcony with a great view of the city. The friendly manager Kevin and the attentive staff made my experience even better, providing valuable tips for exploring the area. While I enjoyed most aspects, the dining service could use some improvement, especially in the breakfast area. Overall, a great spot for exploring Hanoi!

While the location was great, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and surrounded by lots of dining options, the overall experience was marred by cleanliness issues and service problems. The rooms varied in condition - one was flooded with sewage, which was unacceptable. However, the service from the staff was helpful at times when I engaged with them, but unfortunately, it wasn't consistent. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
